High Inside Flow

I think Eddie Bravo calls this the "Twister Side Control" position. I call it the "High Inside" position. Eddie is more famous than I am, so you might want to go with his terms. Anyway, here are some nice options from the "Twister High Inside Side control" position. LOL.

I have Bildo in the High Inside position siting on his right arm.
I step back over Bildo's right arm with my right leg.
I grab Bildo's right wrist with my right hand.
I lift my hips up and slide my left leg back behind Bildo's elbow.
With my right hand I apply a wrist lock to Bildo's right hand.
Using my left shin as leverage, I push Bildo's arm down for the armbar.
I now use my right knee to apply the armbar.
Next, I use my right foot to apply the armbar.
Next, I keep control of Bildo's wrist as I keep my weight on Bildo's right shoulder.
I back-kick my right leg...
I land with my right knee next to Bildo's neck.
Keeping my legs squeezed tightly on Bildo's head/arm, I grab his head with my right hand.
I roll to my right as I keep squeezing my legs together and straighten my right leg forward.
As I land on my back, I am careful to keep my legs pressed tightly together and I start to swing my right leg under my left knee.
I tuck my right foot under my left knee to finish the triangle choke.

yea..i like going for the "baby arm" as some people call it. There is a sweep from the omoplata position I learned from Big Nog (not personally) that can result in the baby arm position. I need to post it.

Just the facts maam.
